Pinnacle Hockey July ‘Stay Sharp’ Camp
July 11-14, 2022

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Please carefully complete and sign this form. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Space is limited. If camp is full, participant registrant will be notified immediately, and be offered the option to be put on a wait list – if available.  Best way to register: Scan or email a digital copy of the registration form to us.  E-transfer payments and registration forms are accepted by e-mailing [email protected]. Please mail completed registration form and cheque to the address below. No post-dated cheques please. NSF cheques will be subject to a $30.00 Fee.  Cash payments and registration forms may be dropped off in person at our west Lethbridge home office. Cancelations before June 25th will be charged a 15% administration fee.  Cancelations after June 25th are non-refundable.  For portions of the on-ice sessions for this camp, players will be divided into age/developmental groups.  Our team works hard to ensure all athletes are challenged at an appropriate level for them. Pinnacle Hockey School reserves the right to take photographs of participants during camp related activities to use on our website, and promotional posters.  This camp is for children whose Birth Year is from 2010-2014, and 2005-2009 will run from July 11-14, 2022.  ATB West and Logan Boulet in Lethbridge will be the host arenas.  Participants signed up for this program must have parent permission to follow and adhere to all AHS and City of Lethbridge COVID related guidelines and measures.

Camps Cancelled due to COVID-19
Any person registered in a Pinnacle Hockey Camp that is cancelled by Pinnacle Hockey School due to COVID -19 will receive a full refund less 5 percent for administrative and partial insurance costs. Any participant unable to attend due to travel restrictions, border closures or provincial public health orders in place, and you are unable to attend your camp, you will receive a refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.

  • Communicated clearly in advance of the programs start date.

Customer Cancelled Camps
Customers may cancel any summer camp up to 11:59PM on June 25, 2022 and will receive a full refund less a 15 percent administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.
 
*Camps cancelled after June 25, 2022 are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. We understand things happen, but credits and refunds will not be processed after June 25th.
